Dictionary.com defined “Blog“ as following:

Definition: an online diary; a personal chronological log of thoughts published on a Web page; also called Weblog, Web log
Example: Typically updated daily, blogs often reflect the personality of the author.

We like to think of Blog as many of the following:

1. Online journal used to connect with friends and other people on internet.

2. Online scrapbook with pictures, diaries, commentaries.

3. Place to collect and organize your thoughts.

4. Place of business. Many businesses take advantage of blogs to share and delegate information in real time. Some illustrations are real-estate agents, field agents, security personnel, traveling sales personnel, software engineers, industrial designers, journalists, online publishers andother knowledge workers that depend on timely data and feedback from customers and co-workers.

Blogging tools come in wide variety of features. While some featuresare common for most blogging services and software out there, uniBlogger packs man unique features as well.

Our challenge is to create set of online guides, or tutorials, that hopefully illustrate the use of these features in a simple and concise manner.

Welcome to uniBlogger.com

uniBlogger. com started as an idea to offer premium email and weblog services for both personal and business use. We will update this document frequently as we receive new questions from our users or just anyone else. In addition, we appreciate your feedback as it is the best way to ensure your questions don't go unanswered.

How do I get to keep my premium account?

In order to keep your from expiring, by exhausting your trial period, you will need to update your 'Billing Information' via blog administration console. When signed into your blog click on 'Account' Tab -> 'Billing Information' section. Verify your information and press 'Submit'.

What happens to accounts when trial periods expire?

Any account that expires will be automatically downgraded to free account type. Free accounts have advertising displayed and do not enable premium features. For detailed feature comparison please refer to our Compare Plans web page.

Even though you will no longer be able to enjoy premium features, we believe this approach is much more friendly approach to take instead of deleting user data and accounts.

Lastly, even though premium features will be disabled, we will not remove any content related to such features. To activate such content again you will need to update your 'Billing Information' so that your account can be upgraded to premium account.

What happens to premium accounts that expire?

You will be downgraded to a free account in similar fashion as described above.

How can I pay for my account? What are my payment options?

At this time, we only accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept any other form of payment at this time. We do not accept personal cheques or cash payments.

Business clients may pay using a cheque in their business name. Please note, business accounts will not be activated until all funds have been received.

What is your pricing strategy?

uniBlogger services are priced at fair market value. We try our hardest to deliver services that are reasonably priced as well as pass down to you, the customer, and discounts we get on hosting and bandwidth.

From our perspective we charge for quality of service comprised of system administration, data maintenance, technical support, and the development of new features.

Further, our pricing strategy is very flexible and we have no intentions to lock customers into any particular plan. You may upgrade and downgrade at any time without restrictions.

Business customers will need to contact us directly as there may other external factors involved.

What about new features?

We develop new features all the time. In fact, our research and development inbox is always full. Our strategy is to ship as many features as possible across all the plans. Only, when a new feature directly relates to increased bandwidth or disk space use we may limit these features to premium accounts. Eventually, such features may find their way into all plans.

Lastly, some administration tools are only available to premium and business customers as it does not make sense to enable such tools on accounts that do not have those features.

What happens if I stop paying for my premium account?

We will attempt to contact you via email. We grant grace periods of up to 30 or more days for such occurrences as we understand this happens all the time. However, we reserve the right to deactivate the account until we receive balance owed. Eventually, we reserved the right to downgrade your account to a free account as noted above, or completely remove the account.

All action is subject to review and must be done manually. Please refer to our Terms of Use policy.

What are bandwidth limitations, if any?

We do not have set bandwidth limits. On rare occasions, in order to prevent abuse of our generosity, and to protect other users, we reserve the right to present an option to upgrade your account or to deactivate your account.

There are no hidden fees and each violation is handled by a customer representative. We understand occasional incidents are expended and will only be looking at systematic abuse.

Will my account be ever deleted if not used?

No. Currently, we have no plans to permanently remove such accounts.

How do I cancel my account?

You can discontinue any services via the Account -> Order List section of your blog administrative console. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Further, when hosting multiple blogs under your business account, any changes resulting from this action will affect all hosted blogs, mailboxes, mailing lists and domains as well.
